ABOUT

Hi, I’m Aidan.

I founded Quiet Ally after years working inside HR and employee relations — running investigations, advising on terminations, building accommodation processes, and calibrating performance actions at high-growth organizations.

I also experienced workplace discrimination firsthand. I was able to navigate it successfully — but only because I understood how the system worked from the inside. Most people don’t have that advantage. They don’t know what triggers an investigation, how HR actually weighs their options, or what “we’ll look into it” really means.

That experience made one thing clear: there’s a gap between the people making workplace decisions and the people affected by them. Quiet Ally exists to close it.

I started Quiet Ally because everyone deserves someone who understands the system — and is willing to be in their corner.

15+ years inside employee relations.

BACKGROUND

Before Quiet Ally, I spent over fifteen years in Human Resources — as an HRBP, in Employee Relations, and in People Operations at high-growth and distributed organizations. I’ve advised on hundreds of workplace situations, from routine performance conversations to complex, high-exposure investigations.

I hold a Master of Public Administration in Human Resources Management and a Bachelor’s in Public Affairs with an HR focus. But the credential that matters most is the work itself — I’ve been in the room where these decisions get made, and I know what good looks like.

WHAT I BRING

Both Sides of the table.

For Organizations

I help you get difficult decisions right — investigations that hold up, performance actions that are defensible, accommodation processes that actually work. I’ve built these programs. I know where they break.

For Individuals

I help you understand what’s really happening and what your options are. No jargon, no runaround. I know how the system works because I’ve operated it — now I use that knowledge for you.

For Both

I tell you what you need to hear, not what’s easy. If you need a lawyer, I’ll say so. If you’re overreacting, I’ll say that too. Honest, strategic, and always discreet.

WHO WE SERVE

Quiet Ally lives up to its name

I work with anyone navigating a high-stakes workplace situation — but I’m especially committed to serving people who are often underserved by traditional HR structures.

That includes LGBTQ+ employees, BIPOC professionals, disabled workers, and anyone who has ever felt like the system wasn’t built with them in mind. Because it often wasn’t. And having someone who understands both the system and the experience can make all the difference.

Quiet Ally isn’t loud about this. We don’t make it a tagline. But we never hide it either. It’s in the name — quiet, strategic, and always on your side.
