GETTING STARTED

  • The discovery call is free and takes about 20 minutes. We’ll talk through your situation, understand what decision or challenge you’re facing, and figure out whether Quiet Ally is the right fit. No pressure, no pitch. If we’re not the right resource, we’ll point you in the right direction.

  • Most engagements begin within a few days of the discovery call. For urgent situations — like an investigation you’ve just been notified about or a termination meeting scheduled for this week — we can usually move faster.

  • Pricing depends on the scope and format. Advisory sessions are billed hourly. Strategy packs and projects are scoped and quoted upfront. We’ll discuss pricing transparently on the discovery call — no surprises.

WHAT WE DO ( AND DON’T DO)

  • No. Quiet Ally provides strategic HR guidance, not legal advice. We don’t represent you in legal proceedings, file claims, or negotiate legal settlements. When you need a lawyer, we’ll tell you — and we can help you find the right one.

  • Not unless you explicitly ask us to and we agree to it in writing. Our work is confidential and we operate entirely behind the scenes. Your employer will not know you’ve engaged us.

  • No — that’s what employment attorneys do. But we can help you organize your facts, clarify the risks, and prepare the right questions to bring to counsel. Many clients work with us to get clarity before deciding whether legal action is even the right path.

  • We don’t operate a crisis hotline, but we do prioritize urgent situations. If you have a meeting tomorrow or just received a PIP, reach out and we’ll do our best to accommodate a fast turnaround.

CONFIDENTIALITY & TRUST

  • Yes. Everything you share with Quiet Ally stays between us. We don’t share information with your employer, your colleagues, or anyone else unless you explicitly authorize it.

  • Please don’t include highly sensitive personal information — like passwords, medical records, or government IDs — in the initial form. Once we’re working together, we’ll set up a secure channel for document sharing.

  • You’ll work directly with Aidan Takhteyev, the founder. Quiet Ally is a solo consultancy by design — your situation stays with one person, not a team.

FOR ORGANIZATIONS

  • We can help you design, scope, and structure investigations — including investigation plans, interview frameworks, and findings templates. For matters where an external investigator is appropriate, we can advise on selection and oversight.

  • No. We work alongside your HR team (or your employment counsel) as a strategic resource. Think of us as the specialist you call when the stakes are high and the decision needs to be right the first time.

  • Enterprise retainers provide ongoing access for ER guidance, escalation review, and decision calibration. We scope the retainer based on your volume and complexity, with clear parameters on response times and coverage.
